• I am licensed to see patients in CA, IL, OR, FL, SD and IA. I am currently accepting new patients via telehealth in all above states. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is only offered in-person in CA (San Francisco Bay Area) and FL (Coral Gables).

• I see patients in-person in San Francisco, CA (Cow Hollow) and Coral Gables, FL.

• I am in-network with the following insurance companies:  Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois PPO, Aetna in FL and CA, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts (for CA and FL patients), Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield o New Jersey (for CA and FL patients). Otherwise, I am an "Out-of-Network" provider who you would pay directly. I can provide "superbills" for you to submit to your insurance company.
